Conscious Ageing for Men over 55

Tom Verghese will be facilitating a number of conversations on topics relevant to men over 55 which may include transitions, relationships, physical and mental wellbeing, retirement, loneliness, friendships, intimacy, death, money, wisdom and elderhood.

The sessions create a space for authentic conversations for men and with men. It is not therapy but an opportunity to engage with others who are interested in the topic.

The cost $60  is for the 6 week series.
